4. Intellectual Property and Showcase Rights

At Fab Tronics, we believe in building trust with our clients and investors. All designs, schematics, software, and other deliverables created by Fab Tronics for a client are developed under a trust agreement. During the project timeline, Fab Tronics reserves the right to showcase the work-in-progress on our website or marketing platforms as part of our portfolio.

Upon project completion and full payment, the intellectual property (IP) will be transferred to the client. Any unauthorized reproduction or use of these materials, without express consent, is prohibited. All IP rights will remain with Fab Tronics unless specifically transferred to the client as part of the project’s terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

We strive to ensure that the information and services on this website are accurate and reliable. However, Fab Tronics shall not be held liable for any errors, omissions, or results arising from the use of our services or the website. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
